OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. How to enter the Contest:

a. The KXTE X107.5 Xtreme Radio “March Mania 2008” contest will begin on Monday, March 10, 2008 at 9:00 am Pacific Time (“PT”) and will end on Monday, March 31, 2008 at 11:00 pm PT.

b. To participate in the Registration and Prediction Segment of the contest, there are four (4) ways to enter:

1. Enter On- Line: participants may go on-line to the KXTE station website at www.xtremeradio.com and click on the “March Mania” graphic on the main web page. Participants must then completely fill in the “March Mania” official contest entry form with their first and last name, complete address, city, state, zip code, home telephone number, date of birth, and a valid e-mail address. In addition, in the spaces provided, participants must fill in their own predictions regarding which of the thirty two (32) bands listed on the tournament bracket form will win the most listening audience votes and advance to the next round when played on-air during each single elimination, song vs. song competition. All online entries can be received starting Monday, March 10, 2008 at 9:00 am PT and must be received by Friday March 21, 2008 at 5:00 pm PT. For purposes of these Official Rules, “receipt” of an online entry occurs when the www.xtremeradio.com servers record the entry information upon clicking the “Submit” button. Any automated computer receipt (such as one confirming delivery of e-mail) does not constitute proof of actual receipt by KXTE on an online entry for purposes of these Official Rules. Each online entry will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of the entry. “Authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet Access Provider, online service provider, or other organization that is responsible for entries not received due to accessing the internet, service outages, delays, or malfunctions or other technical errors of any kind. KXTE in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process, the operation of the www.xtremeradio.com website or who is otherwise in violation of the rules. KXTE further reserves the right to cancel, terminate or modify the contest if it not capable of being completed as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention or technical failures of any sort. KXTE is not responsible for lost, stolen, mangled, mis-delivered, illegible or untimely entries.

2. Enter in Person at KXTE: KXTE listeners may also register for the contest at the KXTE studios located at 6655 West Sahara Avenue, Suite D110 Las Vegas, NV 89146. On the official contest entry form, entrants must fill in their first and last name, complete mailing address, city, state, zip code, home phone number, and date of birth. In addition, in the spaces provided, participants must fill in their own predictions regarding which of the thirty two (32) bands listed on the tournament bracket form will win the most listening audience votes and advance to the next round when played on-air during each single elimination, song vs. song competition. All entries can be turned in starting Monday, March 10, 2008 at 9:00 am PT and must be received by Friday, March 21, 2008 at 5:00 pm PT. KXTE is not responsible for mutilated, illegible, lost, misdirected, mis-delivered, late, stolen, incorrect or incomplete entries

3. Enter by Mail or Hand Deliver: KXTE listeners may also download and print an official contest entry form at the station’s website listed in 1.b.1. of these Official Rules, or get one from the KXTE Studios: X107.5 Xtreme Radio: 6655 West Sahara D110 Las Vegas, NV 89146. On the official contest entry form, write your first and last name, complete address, city, state, zip code, home phone number, and date of birth. In addition, in the spaces provided, participants must fill in their own predictions regarding which of the thirty two (32) bands listed on the tournament bracket form will win the most listening audience votes and advance to the next round when played on-air during each single elimination, song vs. song competition. Then mail or hand deliver the entry form to: KXTE, 6655 West Sahara Avenue, Suite D110 Las Vegas, NV 89146. All entries can be turned in starting Monday, March 10, 2008 at 9:00 am PT and must be received by Friday, March 21, 2008 at 5:00 pm PT. KXTE is not responsible for lost, stolen, mangled, mis-delivered, illegible or untimely entries.

4. Enter by Fax: download and print an official contest entry form at the station’s website listed in 1.b.1. of these Official Rules, or get one from the KXTE Studios: X107.5 Xtreme Radio 6655 West Sahara D110 Las Vegas, NV 89146. On the official contest entry form, write your first and last name, complete address, city, state, zip code, home phone number, and date of birth. In addition, in the spaces provided, participants must fill in their own predictions regarding which of the thirty two (32) bands listed on the tournament bracket form will win the most listening audience votes and advance to the next round when played on-air during each single elimination, song vs. song competition. Then fax it to (702) 889-7575. All entries can be turned in starting Monday, March 10, 2008 at 9:00 am PT and must be received by Friday, March 21, 2008 at 5:00 pm PT. KXTE is not responsible for mutilated, illegible, lost, misdirected, mis-delivered, late, stolen, incorrect or incomplete entries. KXTE is not responsible for entries not received due to service outages or delays, computer difficulties, telephone service outages, delays, or malfunctions or other technical errors of any kind.

c. Participants may submit only one entry per person, per household, per e-mail address.

2. Eligibility Restrictions:

a. The contest is open to all KXTE listeners who are 18 years of age or older and legally reside in the greater Las Vegas, NV metropolitan area. Employees of KXTE, its licensee, corporate parents, affiliated entities, their affiliated advertising agencies, other radio/television stations within the Las Vegas metropolitan area and members of their immediate families are ineligible to participate or win. Anyone who owns a liquor license and/or anyone who works for a licensed liquor account participating sponsors or promotional partners is not eligible to win.

b. Listeners are eligible to win a KXTE contest only once every sixty(60) days and a prize valued at $600.00 or more only once every six (6) months. Only one winner per household is permitted in any contest.

c. Contestants are required to provide truthful information and KXTE will reject and delete any entry that it discovers to be false or fraudulent. KXTE will disqualify any entry from individuals who do not meet the eligibility requirements, and KXTE will also delete any entry received from persons under the age of 13 in compliance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act.

3. Prizes:

a. Grand Prize Package: One (1) Grand Prize Package will be awarded. The Prize Package is one (1) 50” RCA HDTV ARV: $2500, one (1) Sony Play Station 3 ARV: $399.99, one (1) Guitar Hero 3 Game ARV: $99.99 and one (1) Cash prize of $1,500.00. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $4,499.98. Prize is not transferable. Prize may not be substituted or redeemed for cash, except that Sponsor may, at its sole discretion, substitute prize of comparable value or cash due to prize unavailability. Some restrictions may apply. Taxes are solely the responsibility of the winner.

b. Registration Prize Packages: Two (2) Registration Prize Packages will be awarded. The Prize Package is one (1) Guitar Hero 3 Game ARV: $99.99 and one (1) Cash prize of $500.00. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $599.98. Prize is not transferable. Prize may not be substituted or redeemed for cash, except that Sponsor may, at its sole discretion, substitute prize of comparable value or cash due to prize unavailability. Some restrictions may apply. Taxes are solely the responsibility of the winner.

c. All prizes and/or prize certificates may be picked up at the office of KXTE 6655 West Sahara Avenue, Suite D110 Las Vegas, NV 89146. Grand Prize Winner must present valid proof of Nevada identification in order to claim prize. Any prize or prize certificate not claimed by the winner by Monday, April 16, 2008 at 5:00pm PT will be forfeited. In the event that a prize or prize certificate is mailed to the winner, it will be with the prior written consent of the winner and therefore, winner assumes the risk of its loss. KXTE is not responsible for the safe arrival of a prize or prize certificate.

d. Contest prizes are not transferable. Prizes may not be substituted for or redeemed for cash.

4. Selection of Winners:

a. Decisions of KXTE management with respect to the contest are final.

b. Registration Winner Selection: In order to determine the Registration prize winners a random drawing will be held on Friday March 14, 2008 at 5pm PT and on Friday March 21, 2008 at 5pm from all eligible entries received up to that point. One winner will be selected on each Friday listed from all eligible entries.

c. 32 Band Tournament Voting Segment: in order to determine the Grand Prize Winner, an on-air, head to head, single elimination song vs. song competition will be conducted weekdays, sometime between Monday, March 24, 2008 at 10:00 am PT and Monday, March 31, 2008 at 7:00 pm. Conduct of the competition is as follows:

1. In the five (5) round, thirty two (32) band bracket tournament, each song from its respective band will be paired off in competition against another. Song pairings will be determined by KXTE in its sole and absolute discretion.

a. Immediately after a pairing of songs from their corresponding bands are played back to back, the KXTE on-air personality will instruct listeners to call the station contest line at (702) 791-1075 to vote for their favorite song within the pairing. One vote per person please. Contest participants are permitted to vote along with any other KXTE listeners. The deadline to vote is twenty (20) minutes after the on-air personality’s cue to call after each song pairing is played. This elimination process will be followed for the remaining pairings and continue through the six rounds of the contest. KXTE is not responsible for votes not received due to service outages, delays, or malfunctions or other technical errors of any kind. KXTE, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the voting process, the operation of the www.xtremerockradio.fm website or who is otherwise in violation of the rules. KXTE further reserves the right to cancel, terminate or modify the contest if not capable of being completed as planned, including infection by computer by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention or technical failures of any sort. KXTE is not responsible for lost, stolen, mangled, mis-delivered, illegible or untimely entries.

3. The KXTE on-air personality will then total the votes, the song getting the most votes will advance to the next round of the tournament, and an on-air announcement will be made stating which song will advance. In the event of a tie after the twenty (20) minute window has elapsed the on-air personality will take one (1) more vote as the tie-breaker.

4. Each correct prediction made by participants during the Registration and Predictions Segment of the contest will earn participants reward points as follows:

Round 1, 1 point;
Round 2, 2 points;
Round 3, 3 points;
Round 4, 5 points;
Round 5, 10 points;

5. The one (1) eligible participant with the most points at the end of the tournament on Monday, March 31, 2008 will be declared the Grand Prize Winner. A random drawing will take place from all entries with the most points in the event of a tie.

6. The Grand Prize Winner will be notified by phone no earlier than Tuesday, April 1, 2008 between 9:00am PT until 5:00pm PT. The winner will be contacted on the phone number provided with their bracket. Grand Prize Winner need not listen, or be present to win. An alternate winner will be selected from entries with the next highest number of points should KXTE not be able to contact winner within twenty four (24) hours of first notification attempt.

5. Conditions:

a. Payment of all federal, state and local taxes is solely the responsibility of the winner. Winner may be required to sign an IRS Form W-9 or the equivalent.

b. By participating in the contest, the winner agree to have their name, voice, photograph, or likeness used in any advertising or broadcasting material, including the Internet, relating to this contest without additional financial or other compensation, and to sign a publicity release confirming such consent prior to acceptance of the prize.

c. Prior to awarding any prize or prize certificate, KXTE in its sole discretion may require sweepstakes winners (and their travel companions, if any) to sign a liability release, agreeing to hold the Station, its corporate licensee, its parent, subsidiary and affiliated corporations, and the officers, shareholders, directors, employees, agents and representatives of each of them harmless against any and all claims or liability arising directly or indirectly from the prize or participation in the sweepstakes.

d. KXTE in is sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process, the operation of KXTE’s website or is otherwise in violation of the rules. It further reserves the right to cancel, terminate or modify the sweepstakes if it is not capable of completion as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention or technical failures of any sort.

e. KXTE is not responsible for typographical or other errors in the printing, the altering or administration of the contest or in the announcement of the prize.

f. No purchase is necessary. The contest is void where prohibited.

g. Failure to comply with the contest rules may result in a contestant’s disqualification, at the sole discretion of KXTE.

h. Copies of the written contest rules and a list of winners (when available) are available during regular business hours at the main studio of KXTE, 6655 West Sahara Avenue, Suite D-110 Las Vegas, NV 89146, or by sending a self-addressed, stamped envelope to KXTE.

i. KXTE is not responsible for any cancellations, postponements, or rescheduling due to problems beyond its control.

6. Internet Sweepstakes Privacy Policy:

a. By use of this website and by entering the Contest, you agree to KXTE Web Site Terms of use Agreement and to the use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy located at: www.xtremeradio.com.
